ESD Clothing Manufacturing Process
Aidacom provides customers with several types of anti-static workwear. All design drawings are made using a fully-automatic drawing machine, which can print a 6-meter long drawing in 20 minutes. After that, our talented employees choose the right cloth and tailor it into different parts in accordance with the design picture. This work requires a significant amount of patience and skill. The sewing process is manually done, ensuring the quality and accuracy matches the design drawing. With their skill, our employees are talented enough to keep up with a popular market demand.

Anti-Static Workwear Display
The anti-static workwear offered by our company is available in multiple varieties, including a cleanroom coveralls with a mask, cleanroom coveralls with a hood, and cleanroom high-temperature sterilization coveralls.
The anti-static coat uses nickel-free snap fasteners, with an ESD mark and the customer’s logo on the breast pocket. It’s ideally suited to people in Electrostatic Protection Area.
Additionally, we also produce anti-static T-shirts and polo shirts, which have become popular with European and American customers. Customized service is available upon request.

The company has introduced advanced drawing software. We can design fabric patterns according to customers’ requirements. Then a computerized typesetting is carried out. After that a fully-automatic drawing machine is utilized to complete the design drawing. It can print a 6-meter long drawing in 20 minutes.

Fabric spreading is a preparatory operation for cutting. It means to spread the fabric in a systematic way. If the workwear products are made in the same size, our skilled operators will spread a hundred layers of fabric in a single pass. This will help to increase the cutting efficiency greatly.

Our technicians are skilled at parting off every piece of fabric according to the design drawing. The error is allowed to be less than 3mm. When it comes to handling more than 100 layers of fabric, we will use a high-power electric cutting tool. This also requires a significant amount of patience and skill.   • Sewing machine operators are busy working now.

We have employed over a dozen sewing machine operators. Each of them has more than 3 years of work experience and is capable of producing more than 100 conventional ESD coveralls

The infrared positioning equipment can sew a button quickly and precisely.

Pictured here is our manual packaging procedure. In the packaging process, we make sure the customers’ logo and the size of our products can be seen from the outside, so that our products can be warehoused and used conveniently.
